As a client, you can filter the therapists as per your needs to find the one that best suits you. We are here to provide a top-quality experience both to massage therapists and clients.

    MySpaList is present in the social networks, where massage therapists will be able to find exclusive discounts and clients will discover a large variety of Spas. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to participate in online raffles to win free massages.

  • How can I contact MySpaList Support Team?

  • Is MySpaList a safe platform?

    Yes, we work together with trusted third parties to keep our platform secure. All our massage professionals are verified to offer a safe environment.

  • Who can sign up on MySpaList?

    Everybody over 18 years old with a valid ID can sign up to become a member of MySpaList.

  • How much does it cost to advertise on MySpaList?

    MySpaList offers flexible subscription plans for independent massage therapists and spas. Click on the “Pricing” option located in the website footer to check our offer.

  • What do I need to sign up on MySpaList?

    You will need a valid email address, a phone number and a government issued identity document. More than 200 countries ID documents are accepted.

  • Can I temporarily deactivate my account?

    You will be able to deactivate your account at anytime if you are subscribed to the Premium or Elite plans. Once you log in to your MySpaList account, click on “My Plan” tab and then on “Pause my subscription”.

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    You will be able to cancel your subscription at anytime. Once you log in to your MySpaList account, click on “My Plan” tab and then on “Delete my account”.

  • What kind of payments are accepted?

    We accept a large variety of credit and debit cards. If you have any questions about other payment methods, feel free to send us an email to hello@myspalist.com.

  • What type of ID documents are accepted?

    We accept government issued identity documents such as driver license, identification card, passport, visa, etc. from more than 200 countries.

  • How do online raffles work?

    It is easy. To participate in a raffle you have to be subscribed to the Premium or Elite plans and get in contact with our Support Team by sending an email to hello@myspalist.com. Our Support Team will guide you through the process. You and/or your Spa will be mentioned on our Social Networks.

  • How to upgrade my subscription plan?

    You will be able to upgrade your subscription plan at anytime. Once you log in to your MySpaList account, click on “My Plan” tab and then on “Change my plan”.

  • How can I update my profile information?

    You will be able to update your profile information at anytime. Once you log in to your MySpaList account, click on “Main setup” tab to edit your information.

  • How can I redeem a discount code?

    A discount code can be redeemed by typing it in a text box available after selecting a subscription plan.

  • I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

    You can create a new password by following the process after clicking on the “I forgot my password” option located at the Login page.

  • What happens if my payment method is not valid anymore?

    If your payment method is not valid anymore, please update it or get in contact with our Support Team by sending an email to hello@myspalist.com. We will guide you through the process.

  • Why is my account deactivated?

    Your account could have been deactivated for several reasons, such as the impossibility to process a payment, the impossibility to verify your identity, the repeated complaints from other persons, among others.

  • How much does it cost to perform a search on MySpaList?

    MySpaList is a free platform for clients. You do not have to create an account to be able to perform a search and get in contact with independent massage therapists and Spas.

  • How can I perform a search?

    At the home page you will see filters to configurate your search to find independent massage therapists or Spas near you.

  • Can I book a massage through MySpaList?

    No, at this moment MySpaList do not offer online booking.

  • How can I get in contact with a massage therapist or Spa?

    You can get in contact directly with massage professionals by phone call, text message and/or email, as specified in their profile details.

  • How do online raffles work?

    It is easy. To participate in a raffle to win exclusive prizes you only have to follow MySpaList official account on Instagram and share MySpaList profile with friends. We will announce the winner on our Social Networks. Additionally, we will get in contact with the winner through Instagram. Every raffle certificate will be available upon request.
