Every massage is a custom-created session integrating a variety of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage and/or Massage Cupping to treat the issues that the client is presenting.  Communicating with the therapist is always encouraged.  Let us know when something is working or when it is not. If you prefer a session in the specific modality of Floor Shiatsu, Reiki, or Pregnancy Massage that can be scheduled as well.
