I cannot stress enough the importance of self-care, self-worth, self-love, and self-preservation. Ultimately, as long as I’m able to help create a completely safe environment by listening and communicating effectively, while helping add longevity to people’s lives/athletic careers, then I’m satisfied. I mainly specialize in sports massage; however, I do provide other services as well, such as Swedish, deep tissue, chair massages, and stretching.

I double majored in Advanced Personal Training (associate's in exercise science) & massage therapy at Swedish Institute in New York City. Next, I’ll major in exercise science for my bachelor’s. Afterward, I’ll major in athletic training, then physical therapy (my ultimate goal). I’m interested in working with Olympic and professional athletes, as well as special population clients (rehab, elderly, etc.).
