My education in massage covered several Eastern and Western modalities and rounded out my philosophy regarding touch. I believe the work is an extension of my intention. Each session is focused on grounding, facilitating, and reconditioning the total being. I build on the mechanics of bodywork and cultivate a safe space for healing. Massage is a construct proven to identify and address physical energy concerns that a guided approach will cure.

Bodywork interprets what is found and facilitates the necessary correction. As a facilitator of healing, my focus centers around the energy body/physical body connection. It’s about active oneness via alignment. Life flow is cyclical, and often the flow is disrupted when tension gathers. Energy manipulation provides space for realignment. Bodywork supports the process of clearing the anatomical pathway to recondition the mind-body union.
