My massage combines Medical Massage and Eastern Bodywork. At the beginning of each session, I perform an intake where I observe your physical, emotional, and energetic state, and from there I devise a course of treatment. Each session is never exactly the same, and I maintain client-centered care to ensure you always have a therapeutic and relaxing session. I work with many athletes and am best known for my therapeutic Swedish blend. The modalities I commonly use in my work are as follows: * Medical Massage * Swedish * Deep Tissue * Shiatsu * Sports Massage * Thai Massage * Reflexology. I create a zen atmosphere using Aromatherapy and chill music. I also use hot towels for therapeutic application and to help you refresh after each treatment.
