This inevitably led her to become a yoga and meditation instructor. She strives to keep her clients balanced in both body and mind. After a decade of illness, countless doctors, and medications, Melissa sought alternative treatment. She found success with simple lifestyle changes, including nutritional adjustments, massage therapy, exercise, and yoga.            Now, Melissa works to help others the way she was.
