I like to under promise and over deliver. I cannot stress enough the importance of self care, self worth, self love and self preservation. Ultimately, as long as I’m able to help create a completely safe environment by listening, communicating effectively, while help adding longevity to people’s lives/athletic careers, then I’m satisfied. I mainly specialize in sports massage, however, I do provide other services as well such as Swedish, deep tissue, chair massages, as well as stretching. I double majored in Advanced Personal Training (associates for exercise science) & massage therapy at Swedish Institute in New York City. Next, I’ll major in exercise science for my bachelor’s. Afterwards, I’ll major in athletic training, then physical therapy (my ultimate goal). I’m interested in working with Olympic and professional athletes, as well as special population clients (rehab, elderly, etc.).
