My name is Lisa Collica and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Board Certified in Therapuetic Bodywork. I hold licenses in NY and FL. I graduated from The New York College of Health Professions and graduated at the top of my class. I earned a degree in Massage Therapy. I was trained in Western and Eastern modalities and philosophies so I consider myself very well rounded. I’ve also been a certified personal trainer since 2016. I also have a certification in nutrition. I consider my knowledge of the human body to be vast and ever evolving as I am constantly keeping up with current studies and trends. I have the expertise to design individualized treatment plans for all my clients. My specialty is therapeutic/medical massage but I also do massage for relaxation and de-stressing.
