About Lisa Collica

My name is Lisa Collica, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Board Certified in Therapeutic Bodywork. I hold licenses in NY and FL. I graduated from The New York College of Health Professions and graduated at the top of my class. I earned a degree in Massage Therapy. I was trained in Western and Eastern modalities and philosophies, so I consider myself very well-rounded. I’ve also been a certified personal trainer since 2016. I also have a certification in nutrition. I consider my knowledge of the human body to be vast and ever-evolving, as I am constantly keeping up with current studies and trends. I have the expertise to design individualized treatment plans for all my clients. My specialty is therapeutic/medical massage, but I also offer relaxation and de-stressing massages.
